1How do I enrol my child for classes?

There is an easy way to register your child for classes, just click on the enrol now button or click here and submit the information. One of our highly professional staff will be in touch with you:) 

2How do I make payment for tuition services?

Please make the payment to our company bank account. Details mentioned below:

3Don’t see a subject that you are interested in learning?

Please contact us and we will help you find the subject and experienced and qualified tutor.

4Do you offer free trials?

We do not offer free trials. All trial lessons are paid. Parents/Students are free to choose their own teacher.

5Do you provide Home Tutors?

Yes, My Tuition is proud to provide great tutors for students to learn at their own homes. Our tutors are well qualified and experienced. We hand pick our tutors only 1 out of 7 is picked up as our tutor.

6Do you provide Online Tuition?

Yes, My Tuition is providing online lessons through our own online system. Which is similar to Zoom but in respect of features, we are proud to have more features on our system.

7What is the maximum class size?

In a group lesson, there are no more than 4 students in a lesson. We do offer one on one lessons as well.

8What kind of support do you offer?

All customers receive access to the qualification and education experiences of all the teachers. We help schedule all lessons for the students and manages their all records.

9Is there any registration fee?

Any student who wants to avail any services from My Tuition will be subjected to registration fee of RM 200.

10I would like to cancel my lesson. Can I get a refund?

There will be no cash refunds. However, if you cancel more than 24 hours prior to the class, your credits will be refunded in your account.

11Can I get a refund for my lessons due to teacher unsuitability?

No, refunds are not available. However, we will arrange for a replacement teacher.

12How long we can hold the classes and resume back?

There are maximum 02 months which you need to utilize your fee paid. If you didn’t contact the centre for resumption of classes within 02 months then remaining fee paid will be forfeited. 

13I wish to cancel my class. How do I reschedule?

To reschedule, you are required to cancel a lesson more than 24 hours prior to the start of the lesson, only then it will be refunded into your account. Then you simply choose a lesson.

14Is there free WiFi available at the centre?

Yes, high speed internet is available for students and teachers to use during their lessons.
